BrokenCtrl does not have a PR process, a submissions committee, or a contact form that goes to a queue. If you send something, it gets read. That is the policy.
Case tips & source submissions
Evidence of AI governance failures, corporate conduct contradictions, or incidents not yet in the public record. Primary sources preferred. All submissions assessed on evidence quality.
Corrections
A source does not support what was attributed to it. A confidence label is wrong. New evidence changes an existing assessment. Corrections are taken seriously and published explicitly — not silently overwritten.
Ethics Score disputes
If you believe a score is inaccurate — in either direction — provide the evidence and it will be assessed. Vendor representatives are welcome to submit documentation.
General enquiries
Collaboration, press, or anything else. Response times vary but nothing goes ignored.
One thing this form is not for: paid placements, sponsored content, or link insertion requests. BrokenCtrl does not accept these. They will not receive a reply.
